Morgan is a creative administrator with experience across the cultural, private, and charitable sectors. She has supported nonprofit organisations and small businesses through creative, administrative, and communications-based work. She has worked as a gallery coordinator, digital content manager, and public programming and curatorial assistant, as well as a freelance artist, writer, and educator.
Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Art History and English Literature, a Bachelor of Education for Visual Arts specialising in Artist in Community Education, and a Graduate Diploma in Arts Management.
